GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from Portugal and handled with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Malek currently ships to all countries within the European Union using trusted carriers. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, package weight, and volumetric dimensions.
All shipments include tracking information and insurance covering the value of the item.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Malek ships exclusively to countries within the European Union, where goods circulate freely without customs duties or import taxes.
For deliveries outside the EU, customers may still place an order but must first contact us at malek.geral@gmail.com to confirm shipping availability, costs, and customs procedures.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 2–4 business days
- European Union (outside Portugal): 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package.
After completing the purchase, customers will receive tracking updates that include a more precise estimated delivery date.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond Malek’s control do not constitute grounds for compensation.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, total weight, and volumetric size of the parcel.
The final shipping cost will be displayed before confirming payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns, except in situations where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking details within a reasonable period, please contact us at malek.geral@gmail.com.
PACKAGING
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure the safety and integrity of each piece during transit.
We prioritise the use of eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible, as part of Malek’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Caso a sua encomenda chegue danificada, atrasada ou não seja entregue, deverá contactar a Malek de imediato através do email malek.geral@gmail.com, indicando o número da encomenda e, se aplicável, fotografias da embalagem e do artigo.
A Malek tratará diretamente da reclamação junto da transportadora e manterá o cliente informado sobre o progresso.
O cliente poderá também contactar a transportadora diretamente, se assim preferir, embora se recomende contactar primeiro a Malek para uma resolução mais célere.
Após a entrega da encomenda no endereço indicado, a Malek deixa de se responsabilizar por perdas ou danos.
