OUR POLICY

At Malek, we take great care in crafting, inspecting, and preparing each order before shipment.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

This policy complies with European consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU and the Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at malek.geral@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Depending on your location, the parcel may be collected from your address or dropped off at a designated collection point.

Returned items must be shipped using the provided label — items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The refund will cover only the value of the returned product(s).

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

EXCHANGES

Malek does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please request a refund and place a new order once your return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing malek.geral@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once reviewed and confirmed, Malek will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including the original shipping and return costs.

We will handle the claim directly with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
